Who can get a refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed fewer than half of the course’s lessons.
How much
A 10% administration fee is deducted to cover transaction costs. On $199, the fee is $19.90 and the refund is $179.10. The refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to your access
Access to the course ends when the refund is issued.
Gifts
A gift is refunded to the person who paid for it, on the same terms, counted from the day it was bought and against the lessons the recipient has completed. A refunded gift code stops working.
After 7 days
